As a mentor, you would:
- Pass a background check and interview process
- Receive training via weekend workshops
- Have the flexibility and freedom to choose when and how many youths to mentor. You would own your mentorship business with our full support to ensure your success.  (You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Mpowered Youth.)
- Have counselor Insurance - $1M professional liability policy
- Have access and rights to use our mentorship programs, materials, and marketing materials including workbooks, brochures, business, cards, shirts and other promotional items.
- Have a personal Bio page on the mpoweredyouth.com website.
- Have weekly coaching calls/meetings with your own personal mentor to gain valuable insights to make you a better mentor and help grow your business.
